After spending 15+ years in traditional corporate roles myself, along with spending over a decade coaching corporate high achievers, I've come to realize that supporting individuals alone isn't always enough.

In order to thrive, employees must also be supported at work, by their employer. This means providing mentorship, training and resources for team members + new and emerging leaders, on topics including self-leadership, executive presence, personal branding, people management, difficult conversations, and more.
