What would it mean for your impact if your employees were more engaged, productive, and fulfilled in their roles?
What I've realized through over a decade of coaching high achievers - and especially coming off the past few years - is that supporting individuals alone isn't always enough.
In order to thrive, employees must also be supported at work, by their employer. This means providing mentorship, training and resources for team members + new and emerging leaders, on topics including self-leadership, executive presence, personal branding, people management, difficult conversations, and more.
This is understandably a lot, which is perhaps why some of the most well-meaning employers (and especially heads of women's groups) tell me they fear they're falling short - and find evidence of that in turnover of high performers and less women in leadership.
That's why I focus on supporting companies support their talent through trainings, workshops and small group leadership programs, resulting in happier and more impactful employees.
I offer a free consultation to get to know you and the needs + goals of your team or women's group. Based on our conversation, I will recommend a custom solution for you.
Offerings include executive coaching, workshops, and small group leadership programs for new and emerging people leaders to help employees succeed and thrive in their roles, for maximum impact for themselves, the team, and the organization at large.
I leverage my personal experience in corporate roles (15+ years across investment banking, financial consulting and marketing + strategy for Fortune 500 brands), 10 years in coaching high performers, as well as my continued trainings and certifications in trauma-informed life coaching, breath work facilitation and somatic work to bring a holistic approach to your team for maximum results.
